Frequency + Felines + Fibromyalgia
A Leap into A New Timeline
There I was crumbled into a heap amongst the ball of blankets on my bed, secretly sobbing, trying to keep it to myself. The pain had been so unbearable and then the depression, and then the pain, and then the depression. Living with Fibromyalgia for seven years, had taken a toll on me in all the areas; physically, mentally, emotionally, financially; Not to mention, socially and professionally. Forced to give up my lifelong professional career(s) as both a figure skating coach/choreographer and professional yoga teacher and course trainer, I found myself in a full on midlife flip flop of a chronic crisis. What a nightmare! The feeling of being stuck in between timelines, not just for a few weeks, not just for a few months, but several several years! You learn that that’s life, right? And it’s true, life is going to throw us all sorts of mush and mangles, suffering and struggles, just to test us to see how we survive it and get through to the other side. It just royally sucks rump while we’re in it, right???
On this particular day, the monkey mind Tarzanned its way in and made a mess up there in my fragile mind which combined with chronic pain can onset or trigger a suicidal ideation episode for someone like me.
Unfortunately, I had almost died several times over the last few years due to a combination of meds prescribed by professionals of all kinds, along with self medicating with a sensitive system to begin with and topped with a sprinkle of “EXPERIMENTAL” drugs for added delight, (or delusion if you prefer reality!)
The only constant safety feature I had was my cat, Ellie. She jumped up onto the bed beside me that day, and had a solemn look in her eyes, as if she knew I was crying… oh, wait..of course; She did know I was crying! She laid beside me for hours and wouldn’t leave my side. She was holding space for me to help me release my sadness and let me cry away the depression that day. I knew she was doing it. I could feel her energy, but she could feel mine 100 times stronger she knew it was her job to be there for me that day and she’s done so many many times before and since. Thank God for Ellie.
In truth, my Ellie-cat had become one of the only reasons for me to stick around on this earthly plane. I certainly had had my fill of it and had never been afraid of dying, not meaning that I desperately wanted to -however, in the sense of not being afraid of death, I have no fear of death and never have unlike many people that I know, including my 85 year old die hard Catholic mother. (More on this entire paragraph in future articles!)
Finally morphing myself through my midlife crisis I’ve discovered I’ve become a Frequency Facilitator. Energy healing has been part of my life teachings, trainings, repertoire, and 25 years of implementing it in practices both personally and professionally. It finally makes sense and the timing finally makes sense, it’s taken 2 ½ decades for the world to catch up in time for me to set myself free and faithfully leap into my new timeline with these three: Frequency+Felines+Fibromyalgia.
I look forward to meeting you! Please comment and subscribe and follow and let me know if you can relate to anything I talked about in this article, I would love to connect with you!

Well, hello! This week I’ve had a couple of days of barely getting out of bed. Hip replacement in my near future. And once I’d fed them (that part is Very important), Sisu and Kiisa stepped up. Or lay down, actually. Purr therapy commenced. Sisu actually curled around my head on the pillow. Relate? Oh yes. ♥️
Very vulnerable share ❤️🩹
